Beautiful beach villa with sea view situated in a mature and exotic garden (wonderful lush gardens like this are rarely found in Cyprus) 200m from the sand and pebble undeveloped Argaka beach in Chrysochou Bay. Local tavernas are from 5 minutes walk so you can have a break from driving and also walk to the beach and local shops and bars.
The quiet hillside location benefits from magnificent views. There is mosquito netting throughout at all windows and ceiling fans in every room, with 2 in the lounge.
The open plan lounge diner overlooks the poolside so is handy for families with young children, and includes a well equipped compact kitchen with new appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine.
It has a private swimming pool in a well kept mature garden. There is a separate fruit and vegetable garden in front of the poolside garden, where you can "pick your own". This includes plums, apples, pomelos, melons and more.

The villa is accessed from the coast road via a quiet lane that just leads to this small community of private villas. The large balcony upstairs provides a beautiful sea view across to Polis, Latchi, the Akamas National Park and the Baths of Aphrodite. This coastline enjoys wonderful sunsets over the sea, and these can be enjoyed from the villa.
You also have views over the mature gardens all around and rural fields to the side, backed by hills.
There is a selection of tavernas within easy walking distance along the flat coast road, starting with the popular Fly Again, 5 minutes' walk, where you can eat and drink on the beach. Santa Barbara restaurant is also on the sandy beach, at about 10 mins walk. There are sun loungers and umbrellas for hire on the beach too.
Argaka village is tucked behind the villa and has a well stocked typically Cypriot supermarket. Quaint Polis Town, a wonderful mix of old and new, is a little further on, and can provide you with a fantastic selection of shops, restaurants, bars, banks and a pretty pedestrianised centre. Latchi with its pretty harbour and fish tavernas is just 2km further.
