Experience Villa Vineyard Grove, a quiet retreat just a 4 minute walk from Kathikas village, famous for its wines and excellent tavernas.
One of the first things you notice is the tranquility and stunning views from the villa.
We have 3 villas in this private lane and the pools have been placed with privacy in mind, so you can sunbathe and swim without being overlooked.
There is no need to drive in the evenings as the exceptional Kathikas tavernas are just 4 minutes walk up the lane. These include To Stekki tou Panai, Yiannis Tavern with live music, and Imogen’s Inn, which attract visitors from near and far.

BOOKING INFORMATION
You may occupy the villa from 4pm. Vacate by 10am.
Changeover Days May Apply.
Do not book flights until we have confirmed, by email, that your dates are reserved for you, (even if dates appear vacant).
We can reserve the villa for up to 48 hours, with no obligation or payment, so you can book flights.
Select your preferred payment method when you complete the Booking Request Form. You do not pay at this stage.
Once your Request is confirmed by us, you then pay a 30% deposit within 24 hours, to secure the booking. The balance is payable 12 weeks before you go. Pay by Card and Online Banking.
Sundance Villas Ltd is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliant (PCI DSS). All bookings and payments are handled by us (Irene and Lauren Hare) personally.
