Experience Villa Timily, a fully wheelchair accessible modern bungalow, carefully designed to offer level access throughout.

It features 1 en-suite accessible large wet room, shower, seat & WC, and 1 shared accessible shower & WC, and a self-propelling shower chair/commode.

You can allow the fresh air in without insects as we have fly screens throughout. The large private pool and rear garden overlooking fields receives all-day sunshine. Lemon and orange trees provide additional privacy.

La Plage beach at Latchi offers a Sea-Trac chair and accessible WC in summer.

Mobility aids and equipment for hire include indoor hoists, manual and powered wheelchairs, powered scooters, and electric hoists. Links available upon request

ACCOMMODATION

All on one single-level ground floor:

  • Air-conditioned lounge with a 32″ HD LCD TV with local channels
  • 3 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin) with quality orthopaedic beds
  • The master double has an en-suite with a wheel-in shower, wall-mounted seat, wheel-under sink, grab rails, and WC
  • Two additional bedrooms share an accessible wet room with shower, sink, and WC
  • Open-plan air-conditioned living, dining, and kitchen area
  • Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, full-size oven, microwave, hairdryer, and iron. Features a lower-height hob and a normal height sink, both with wheel-under access
  • The lounge features two red leather sofas, one of which is a pull-out double sofa bed
  • Dining area with large glass table and modern comfortable seating
  • Nile Satellite TV with local channels, News & English films. Bluetooth speaker with docking station for ipods/phones
  • All doors are at least 80cm wide, except the second wet room with shower, which is 70cm

  • A portable disabled WC and a temporary ramp to the sea with a Sea Trac chair are available on Polis beach in summer
  • A level and accessible path runs from Polis beach to Latchi harbour, where most restaurants and bars have disabled toilets

BOOKING INFORMATION

You may occupy the villa from 4pm. Vacate by 10am.

Changeover Days May Apply.

Do not book flights until we have confirmed, by email, that your dates are reserved for you, (even if dates appear vacant).

We can reserve the villa for up to 48 hours, with no obligation or payment, so you can book flights.

Select your preferred payment method when you complete the Booking Request Form. You do not pay at this stage.

Once your Request is confirmed by us, you then pay a 30% deposit within 24 hours, to secure the booking. The balance is payable 12 weeks before you go. Pay by Card and Online Banking.

Sundance Villas Ltd is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliant (PCI DSS). All bookings and payments are handled by us (Irene and Lauren Hare) personally.
