Experience early morning sunrise in the Villa Ampelitis Annexe, between the main house and the pool. It features 2 self-contained compact studios which sleep up to 4 persons in each.
The studios are identical and feature the wider doors to make them accessible to all. They each have a private terrace, own front door, spacious accessible shower and WC, kitchenette and TV/DVD.
The studios are ideal as an “add on” to the main house for many reasons: Family reunion (we had one from Canada & Scotland and Cyprus made the ideal meeting place), for friends, carers, in-laws or grandparents who prefer their own space, for people who like to get up early, (or late). When you arrive you will be able to take advantage of the extra space of the studio(s) immediately.

RATES & SUPPLEMENTS
Web rates are for the main house which sleeps up to 8 persons. They do not include the studios.
Additional studios: £350 per week for 1, £650 per week for 2.

Studio costings will be added to your main house Booking Form. You can add the studio(s) to your booking form below or at a later date.
Studio Discounts: If you book both studios a discount will apply.
BOOKING INFORMATION
You may occupy the main villa and studios from 4pm. Vacate by 10am.
Changeover day: Sunday.
Only bookable by you for the dates that you have booked the main house.
We can reserve the main villa for up to 48 hours, with no obligation or payment, so you can book flights.
