The changeover day is the day you arrive or depart from the villa. This day will show a diagonal line on the calendar. Most villa bookings are back to back, especially in high season.

At Sundance Villas we are unique as we offer flexible changeover days over our portfolio. So whatever dates you prefer, just message me and I will tell you which villas can accommodate your dates. This is especially helpful when you have booked flights, found cheap flights, or are limited to certain dates due to commitments.

Generally you can arrive from 16.00 and you need to depart at 10.00.

*Some dates showing “available” are not always “bookable”.

• This applies if your booking will leave us with unbookable (less than 7 nights) or difficult dates. One example of difficult dates: There is a 14 night gap 1 – 15 July and you would like to book a middle week 4 – 11 July. This may not be possible (at this villa) as the days we are left with are unbookable. I can usually offer an alternative villa if you have booked flights.
• This applies when we are already reserving these dates or part dates for someone else.
• This often applies in August, for example there may be 4 weeks vacant 1 to 29/8. Most owners will be looking for 2 x 14 night bookings 1 – 15/8 and 15 – 29/8. Accepting a booking 8 – 22/8 would leave 7 nights either side and more difficult to book.

Once you have selected the villa or villas that you are interested in, please do the following:

Check your preferred dates are bookable

Check the changeover day with me, Irene, to ensure your preferred dates fit well with current bookings and are *bookable, at your preferred villa. You can do this easily by email, Live Chat or by phone.

Once we agree on dates, you complete the Booking Request Form and we can reserve the villa for you with no obligation for up to 48 hours.

Discounts/2 person lower rates

We offer 2 person lower rates and any pre-agreed or page stated discount will be confirmed to you by e.mail. Ignore the higher web rate, we will adjust your invoice manually.

Confirmation of your completed Booking Request form

You will receive a computer generated email acknowledging receipt of this. We will then reply as to the status of your request.

Payment

We offer a variety of payment options including Credit Card which includes American Express.
For this option we will send you an invoice with a Link where you pay securely.
