I haven't been to Cyprus before, can you help?
Of course! I (Irene) have been visiting Cyprus since 1974. I run Sundance Villas with my daughter Lauren, who is also now a regular visitor to Cyprus. We are both here to help. Is there a hairdryer/iron at the villa?
All villas supply a hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Do you offer 1-2 person and under-occupancy rates?

Do you offer benefits to NHS staff?
Yes! Upon receipt of a copy of your NHS card we will upgrade your welcome hamper.
Can I book 10, 11 or 12 nights?
We can offer "odd durations" when the calendars allow. Generally bookings need to be back to back. Please send us an email with your preferred dates and let us know if flights are booked.
How do I book and pay?

Can I pay my balance monthly in instalments?
The villa rental must be paid within 4 instalments before the balance due date, 12 weeks before departure.
Can I change my booking?
All bookings are non-transferable. Please see our Terms and Conditions
If I cancel, will I get a full refund?
We highly recommend that Travel Insurance is taken out at the time of booking. All cancellations by you or any member of your party must be made in writing and the cancellation is not effective until it is received by the Company. We recommend that any notification of cancellation is sent by the Primary book. If cancellation is received less than 9 weeks before departure the following charges will apply:
More than 9 weeks before departure – loss of deposit
6-9 weeks before departure – 50% of holiday cost
6 weeks or less – 100% of holiday cost
Can you help with car hire?
Yes! After you have booked we can put you in touch with a fantastic car hire company who we have been working with for over 15 years. They meet you in arrivals with your name on a board, you don't have to pay until you arrive and the car you book is the car that you receive! There is no upper age limit, they offer additional drivers at no extra cost and free baby seats!
What is a VIP client?
If you rebook, you will receive a VIP upgraded hamper + complimentary cold Keo lagers from us as a Thank you.
We also add a bottle of wine into your next welcome hamper if someone you have recommended to us books!
Is air conditioning included in the villa rental?
Please look under "Rates and Supplements" on the villa page for more information on that specific villa.
Do you provide a welcome hamper?
Unlike many companies nowadays we include a welcome Hamper for bookings of 7 nights and more. It includes basic food items plus wine, water, milk, coffee and tea. Non-alcoholic option on request.
What happens if we have a problem when we are at the villa?
Please let us know as soon as possible. We want to be able to help sort out any issues as quickly as possible. Before your holiday we will send you the contact details for the villa owner and our rep Helen. Please report any issues to them.
What happens if a guest damages a property?
Please report any damage or breakages to our rep Helen when they happen. All bookings will be charged an Excessive Cleaning and Damages Deposit of £250, by either the owners or us.

Are there any additional costs?
We only supply your villa rental. It is up to you, the client, to book your own flights, travel insurance, car if preferred etc.
The villa rental includes all linen and towels and welcome hamper. Please read the Rates and Supplements section on the individual villa to see if there are any supplements for air conditioning or pool heating if available.
When is the best time to visit Cyprus?
The holiday season in Cyprus lasts from the middle of March to the middle of November. Most villas in Cyprus are not suitable for rent during the winter months but some are. Have a look at our winter villas.
