The Booking Request Form can be found via the villa page terracotta button “Prices, Availability and Booking”

Once you have selected the villa or villas that you are interested in, please do the following:

Check your preferred dates are bookable

Check the changeover day with me, Irene, to ensure your preferred dates fit well with current bookings and are *bookable. You can do this easily by email, Live Chat or by phone.

This is because some dates showing “available” are not always “bookable”.

Why are some dates showing “available” but are not “bookable”?
This applies if your booking will leave us with unbookable (less than 7 nights) or difficult dates. One example of difficult dates: There is a 14 night gap 1 – 15 July and you would like to book a middle week 4 – 11 July. This may not be possible (at this villa) as the days we are left with are unbookable. I can usually offer an alternative villa if you have booked flights.

Or we may have 4 weeks vacant in August, from 1 – 29/8. We would not accept a booking for the middle 2 weeks at this villa, as it would leave us with 1 week either side, at a time when most bookings are for 2 weeks.

How to provisionally reserve the villa for up to 48 hours, with no payment or obligation.

Once I have confirmed your dates are bookable, please send an email requesting me to provisionally reserve these dates for up to 48 hours, with no payment or obligation. I will respond promptly.

Once I confirm the dates are provisionally reserved for you, you can book flights and travel insurance.

If you decide to change the dates, you must repeat this process, even if dates appear available. Travel insurance must include cover in case you need to cancel. It is vital that you take out Travel Insurance at the same time you book a villa. Don’t leave it until later.

To proceed, please complete the Booking Request Form which you can find by selecting the blue button for “Prices and Availability” on your villa page.

Discounts/2 person lower rates

We offer 2 person lower rates and any pre-agreed or page stated discount will be confirmed to you by e.mail.  If the page does not list a % discount, just send me an email with your preferred villa and dates, and I will quote you in writing. Ignore the higher web rate, we will adjust your invoice manually.

Confirmation of your completed Booking Request form

You will receive a computer generated email acknowledging receipt of this. We will then reply as to the status of your request.

Payment

We offer a variety of payment options including Credit Card or Debit card, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

For this option we will send you an invoice with a Link where you pay securely on the Stripe site. There is now no fee on card payments.
