Totally recommended! We have never stayed in a cleaner villa

The house was as you described and even more. All the things to play with in the pool and the children toys in the house were great!
Dear Irene, Last week we had a great holiday at Argaka at Cyprus. The house was as you described and even more. All the things to play with in the pool and the children toys in the house were great. The hospitality of the owner and his family as well. My family and I were very pleased with everything in the villa and the area. So we had family time at its best. Thank you for the bottle of wine; we toasted for this great week and my birthday. The dishwasher didn't work... the owner responded very quick and they came in to repair, but it didn't help so they put in a brand new one. Villa was perfect and suitable for families with kids
Hello Irene, We had a lovely holiday in May. Argaka Coast villa was perfect, we enjoyed the beach and the restaurants in the walking distance from the villa. The kids loved the pool, especially the small one). The garden is mature and well-kept, and the tall palm trees give shade and shelter. The dining area outside is very well-organised, being in the shade in the morning and early afternoon for breakfast and lunch. Also this place is very quiet, and very suitable for families with kids. So thank you very much again, we are thinking about coming back! Alexandra K
The villa was perfect. It has everything to offer. Your service was first class, prompt, precise and professional throughout.
The villa was big enough for 5 of us with plenty of sun and shade for those that want it. The kiddies pool is an added bonus. There are plenty of excellent tavernas within close proximity. It is away from the madding crowd but within easy reach of Polis and Latchi if you want a resort. We stayed in the villa all week - it was that perfect. The photos do not do it justice but it is exactly like the photos, spotlessly clean with lots of room and every modern convenience you could want. The kids loved the wifi and the access to the computer was an added extra. We did not have any problems during our stay. We highly recommend this villa with one word - PERFECT!! From our enquiry through to being on holiday, the service was first class, prompt, precise and professional throughout. Even the directions were precise so we did not get lost when arriving in the dark! Gough family

Dear Irene, We had a wonderful stay at the Argaka villa, the house had everything we needed and more. We especially enjoyed the pool, the pool-table and the nice terrace/ balcony. The food hamper was there and it was nice not to have to go out finding a supermarket straight after we arrived. Of Cyprus we best liked the Aphrodite trail - at this time of the year (April) it was wonderful to see all the spring plants. We also liked Lefkosia, especially the northern part with nice garden restaurants. Nicole was very nice and helpful, she sent us an SMS with a tour offering, we couldn't go but it sounded nice. Dear Irene, I just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you for a wonderful holiday. The villa was much better than I expected and the owners even thought of the little things like children’s toys, swimming bands and other pool gadgets. The family was also a real pleasure, dealing with any issues and queries very promptly. As you know it was my mum’s 60th birthday and our stay at the Argaka Bay made it a very special one enjoying some family time. When she received the bottle of wine you sent, she was very touched that you remembered. I have worked in the travel industry as a PR Manager for many years so I am fortunate to have been able to explore many great places and hotels. Therefore, I felt compelled to write you a personal email about the great experience we had booking through Sundance Villas and during our stay in Cyprus. Dear Irene, Argaka Coast was beautiful, wonderfully well-stocked and immaculately clean. The photos advertising the property on your site were true to form and reality certainly did not disappoint! The best villa we have stayed in to date by far! The children loved the pool and baby splash pool and the kind heartedness of previous tenants meant that our boys had a great selection of inflatables and pool toys to play with. The added bonus of free Wifi, table tennis and pool tables kept us all occupied when needing a break from the beautiful sunshine! We found Argaka to be an excellent base with a pleasant beach, and a handful of restaurants/shops close to hand. Car hire definitely recommended in order to have a wider choice of restaurants, shops etc, but it was so nice to relax at the villa and get away from all the hub-bub when we chose to. A very peaceful resort within easy reach of most places of interest. Tavernas and trips: We loved Liza's Place (literally on the doorstep) and Santa Barbara's on the beach was lovely to sit and watch the sun go down. We also dined at Moustakallis' in Polis (best calamari ever!) and Finikas in Polis. Mylo's was a wonderful experience with great views of the gorge too and there were two lovely fish restaurants in Pomos. Beachwise, we did visit Paphos beach (rather busy), Latsi beach (very nice and great for swimming), Lara bay (wonderful for educating ourselves about the beautiful turtle conservation projects) and the beautiful heart-shaped bay of Kato Pyrgos. We took a trip to the Akamas National Park (arranged via the very helpful and efficient Sundance Rep. Nicole) which was a great day out and worth every penny for the views. One afternoon we drove up into the Troodos Mountains, stopping at the Kykkos Monastery - a wonderful exciting journey, with winding roads and outstanding views. We were absolutely satisfied with the service from Sundance Villas, no complaints whatsoever, thank you. The literature and tips you provided prior to and during our holiday was very useful and much appreciated. The owner, Savvas, was an absolute delight and we looked forward to his visits in the morning! He was helpful and kind and dealt with matters promptly and professionally. Likewise, his wife was wonderfully welcoming and the Sundance Villas welcome pack on arrival was SO appreciated. 4th time to Argaka over the past 5 years and this villa, by far, beats them all!
Hi Irene I would just like to mention what a fabulous time my mum and I had whilst staying at Argaka Sands. This is my 4th time I've been to Argaka for my holiday over the past 5 years and this villa, by far, beats them all! The villa was beautiful and of a luxury standard, everything was brand new just as you said it would be. We had such a lovely time that my mum wants to return next year as this was her 1st time to Cyprus and was so impressed. We ate several times at Saint Barbara (Ayia Varvara), a taverna on the beach, and it's only a few minutes’ walk from the villa. The food is outstanding and very reasonable. The fillet steak was so tender and the sea bass is so fresh and cooked perfectly. Would recommend this place to everyone!
