Absolutely perfect especially the pool!
Hello Irene Just a quick note to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at the villa Katerina. The owner Lambros was such a lovely man and the whole place was absolutely perfect especially the pool. Cy-Breeze car rentals were as usual brilliant. We had a little problem with the wiper blades on the car so I called them up and Nick asked us to come to the office and he changed them straight away. He noticed my sat-nav holder in the windscreen and said "What is your name again" when I told him he said "I have something of yours" He rummaged in a drawer in the office and produced my old sat-nav holder that I left in the car last year. He had been holding on to it in case I came back. I had no idea I had left it behind and turned our house upside down trying to find it before our holiday and eventually bought a new one. It is an old sat-nav and holder but it is the only one that runs my Cyprus maps S.D. card. and because it is an old pattern holder Nick recognised it. Thank you once again Irene for all you did arranging our wonderful holiday. Regards Tony W
Katerina villa
Before I write this review I would like to say this was our first villa holiday after many years of hotels and all inclusive packages and I would most definitely go the villa route from now on. Now I first found out about Sundance villas through a listing on EBay that had me on the cautious side but after speaking to Irene I decided to take the plunge. Also in the process there is a taxi firm ( Stevies ) that Irene recommended and we did take advantage of booking a taxi from the airport to the villa and back again at the end of our holiday. The driver met us in the terminal and offered to take us to a shop which did not cost extra it was a very good service as was the return. We hired a car through CY Breeze also on Irene's recommendation this also turned out to be an easy and painless process. We dealt with Nick who is easy going and a pleasure to deal with. Now to villa Katerina which is situated in what turned out to be a perfect location for us providing p ace and quiet and only a short drive from everything you need. The pool makes this villa it is fantastic the villa itself is clean and tidy providing Internet access and TV which can be a bit hit and miss if you want British channels. But we spent most of our time outside and only put the tv on later at night. The owners Lambros and his wife Maria are very welcoming and dropped eggs and fruit off to us . on a daily basis . The only thing I would change would possibly be the mattress as it was slightly too hard for us but what is good for one is not always good for all. We loved our two week break hiring a car is not essential but does make your holiday easier but if I could go back tomorrow I would.. Thanks again for a great relaxing break look forward to booking in future
Pecans, pool and privacy
We had a wonderful week at Villa Katerina, thank you to all concerned. The villa was perfect, with everything we needed, Lambros the owner couldn't have been more helpful. We were told to help ourselves to fruit from the trees and eggs from the chicken run! Will definitely be going back!
A wonderful 2nd stay at Villa Katerina! Highly recommend Sundance Villas
Visit 27th March – 6th April 2016 We have just returned from a fabulous ten day stay at Katerina Cottage. This was our second visit to this villa and once again we have been very happy with the service and hospitality offered to us by Lambros and his family and by the Sundance staff. Our villa was spotlessly clean on arrival, and a very welcome pack of groceries provided everything we needed for our first day or two. Thanks especially for the lovely red wine selection, the fresh oranges and the regular supply of fresh eggs from the chickens in the pecan grove – very much appreciated. We enjoyed using the new easy chairs and parasol by the pool which has easy access via Roman steps. Lambros maintained the pool throughout our stay so that the water remained crystal clear. We were also delighted that Lambros has added an extension of a lovely high quality ensuite shower room to the main bedroom of the villa. The weather on our arrival was warm in the day, but cooler in the evening, though the villa was always warm enough for our needs. The temperatures rose considerably during our stay – very warm in the day and warm enough to eat outside in the evening at many of the lovely tavernas and restaurants along the seafront and harbour in Paphos – just needed a sweater or light jacket. We hired a small car from CyBreeze, with a very good discount through the connection with Sundance. We would recommend this as their service is excellent and access to our own transport gave us the freedom to potter around at our own pace. All in all we have had a lovely holiday – we hope to return next year. Brenda and Mike Davies

My friend an me came for one week, running the Paphos Marathon. We had a great supply by Sundance Villas and Lambros and his family of course. Everything was perfect organized by Nicole and Michael and the supply with eggs and fresh fruits by Lambros was incredible. Villa and Pool were fantastic prepared, as it is usual with Sundance; I know what I am talking about, we come since a couple of years and we were always very satisfied in Sundance Villas. My wife and me we a already looking forward for june when we return, fo Sundance of course. A last big thank you to Sundance staff. Lovely time in 2 villas in different areas
Hi Irene, 2 centre holiday, Paphos and Polis. Meant to e-mail you before now. Just wanted to say what a lovely time we had in both of your villas. Katerina was lovely, especially the pool, and Lambros the owner was very kind to let us have fresh eggs from his hen house. Alexandros Palace was on a lovely side of Cyprus where the beaches were half empty and the villages were not commercialised - loved it. We also enjoyed a couple of lovely meals at the tavern where the owner has a big moustache and at the marina in Latchi. Thanks again and whenever we go back to Cyprus we will be sure to use your villas. Excellent service. Maria Shee
