Idyllic location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
Vinyard Breeze is on the edge of the village of Kathikas, so it was very quiet and relaxing for us, which is just what we were looking for. The villa itself is large and well equipped, and the pool was most welcome in the hot weather. There are also lovely views over the countryside, as well as a sea view, and the higher elevation of the villa meant that there was always a refreshing breeze to cool us off by the pool. We were only about 10 minutes walk away from the excellent tavernas in the centre of the village, and there is also a mini market, and ATM if you need it. Coral Bay is also nearby, if you like the coast, and the villa location is ideal for visiting Polis, and Paphos. Booking with Irene was very easy and straightforward, we have used Sundance Villas before, and their service is excellent. Furthermore, if you require a car hire, I would strongly recommend Cy-Breeze, who provided us with an excellent service.

The Sundance team, especially Irene and the vineyard breeze villa a match made in heaven, stunning views , everything you need in a villa , quiet and near numerous fantastic restaurants and taverns , and just close enough to the big attractions and resorts in Paphos and Coral bay

Dear Irene What a wonderful week we had at Vineyard Breeze at Kathikas. The villa was fantastic ! I would have no hesitation recommending it to any of our friends What beautiful sunsets we saw sitting by the pool in very peaceful surroundings (very close to heaven). We have to thank yourself and Nicole for all your help in making our holiday special. It was great having a contact who gave us so much local information and we both felt you all went one step further to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Even the owner of the villa phoned Nicole when she was with us to make sure all was ok. Many thanks Colin and Karen (Harvie)
Great views over vineyards and a 5 minute walk to five good tavernas
Dear Irene We had a fabulous holiday in Cyprus and really enjoyed our stay at Vineyard Breeze villa. We found the location ideal, being able to walk into Kathikas village in 5 minutes and having access to five tavernas where we found the food in all to be of very good quality and offering good value for money. The villa was well equipped and the layout was ideal for us with great views over the vineyards and the sea. The breeze was generally welcome and kept the temperature down during the day. We enjoyed the pool and found the sun loungers comfortable to lie on while we read books or just sunbathed. For things to do, we would recommend Laski Watersports where we really enjoyed the jetskis, although there is a wide range of boats to hire for the hour or day. We found them to be a very professional and friendly outfit. The archaeological site at Kato Pafos was very interesting and the mosaics are really fascinating. We'd recommend going early to avoid the crowds and heat of the day. For food shopping, we would certainly recommend Papantoniou for price and quality and the one in Polis is quicker to get to from Kathikas than Kato Pafos. Very well equipped villa, lovely and clean, great for a family
Hi Irene, Have now returned from our stay at Vineyard Breeze in Kathikas and just wanted to let you know that we had a great time there. The villa was everything we expected and the car hire was managed very well by George, particularly when we discovered the child's car seat was too small. He immediately took us to his office where he changed it for a larger one. He also replaced a parasol which was damaged in the storms we had when we first arrived and had the dishwasher repaired when the catch didn't work. The pool man John was excellent and was able to give us the benefit of his local knowledge which was very helpful. We loved the village and had some very tasty meals in Imogen’s and the Farmyard Tavern. We also enjoyed the walk to the Sterna Winery and the wine-tasting there. Very nice people.
