A 4-minute walk brings you to the beautiful, undeveloped 2 km Yiannakis beach that rarely gets busy, and offers stretches of solitude after visitors leave.
The pool enjoys all-day sunshine, with panoramic sunsets that change the colours of the Akamas hills and the pool. You may also experience a rare moonrise over the sea, thanks to the open aspect.
2 local tavernas are 600 metres away, walking distance along the beach.

Maid Service

Prior to arrival and a light clean midway with change of linen and towels when staying 12 or more nights. Weekly for 21 night bookings. For 8 - 11 nights a second set of towels will be provided

Bed Linen and Towels

Bed linen included. Towels for house use included; 1 large & 1 small, plus 1 pool towel per person

RATES & SUPPLEMENTS

Web rates are for up to 8 persons. 9th person including infant is chargeable at £15 daily. This includes camp bed or cot (with linen.) 

We offer an under-occupancy discount for 2 – 4 persons including children, for the use of 2 bedrooms (not July and August). Please email us for a quote and then ignore the higher rate when booking

Air conditioning: For bookings taken from 6/8/2024 the rates will include air conditioning in the bedrooms from the 1st Saturday in May to 31/10/2025 onwards. €6 per wall unit per day at other times

Refundable Damages/Excessive Cleaning Deposit £250

BOOKING INFORMATION

You may occupy the villa from 4pm. Vacate by 10am.

Changeover day: Saturday

Do not book flights until we have confirmed, by email, that your dates are reserved for you, (even if dates appear vacant).

We can reserve the villa for up to 48 hours, with no obligation or payment, so you can book flights.

Select your preferred payment method when you complete the Booking Request Form. You do not pay at this stage.

Once your Request is confirmed by us, you then pay a 30% deposit within 24 hours, to secure the booking. The balance is payable 12 weeks before you go. Pay by Card and Online Banking.

Sundance Villas Ltd is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliant (PCI DSS). All bookings and payments are handled by us (Irene and Lauren Hare) personally.

Booking Information

Villa Amorosa is equipped for, and sleeps 8 people. We can accommodate 1 additional person at £15 per day. A hotel-grade quality camp bed or cot can be provided.
Please add ages of all children under 18 years old.

Once your booking request has been confirmed, we will send you a secure Stripe link for you to pay via credit card. All major credit cards (including AMEX) are accepted.

Cold Keo lagers will be added to your welcome hamper for bookings paid by Online Banking.

We accept Bank Transfer and Credit Card using a secure link.
