Experience Villa Katerina, beautifully situated in a pecan nut grove on the outskirts of Paphos, just a 20-minute drive from the airport.
Some returning guests choose not to hire a car, as a bus stops on the main road (500m away) for easy access to Paphos Airport. We provide a map for walking to the beach, Kato Paphos, or Geroskipou village.
Finished to a high standard by owner Lambros, the villa offers a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional hospitality, contributing to repeat bookings. Guests can enjoy free-range eggs and locally grown fruits and vegetables.
The open-plan interior has a homely feel, with air conditioning throughout, mosquito mesh on all windows, and a cozy fireplace for cooler months.
The highlight is the stunning 10m hand mosaic-tiled private pool, offering a luxurious experience. At a uniform depth of 1.6m, it’s perfect for swimming lengths or as a jogging pool for exercise.

- The windows have mosquito mesh which will allow you to keep the villa cool by having windows open without allowing bugs in, and the bedrooms have blackout blinds

BOOKING INFORMATION
You may occupy the villa from 4pm. Vacate by 10am.
Changeover Days May Apply.
Do not book flights until we have confirmed, by email, that your dates are reserved for you, (even if dates appear vacant).
We can reserve the villa for up to 48 hours, with no obligation or payment, so you can book flights.
Select your preferred payment method when you complete the Booking Request Form. You do not pay at this stage.
Once your Request is confirmed by us, you then pay a 30% deposit within 24 hours, to secure the booking. The balance is payable 12 weeks before you go. Pay by Card and Online Banking.
Sundance Villas Ltd is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliant (PCI DSS). All bookings and payments are handled by us (Irene and Lauren Hare) personally.
