Villa Vineyard View is quietly situated away from main and busy roads in a quiet lane, 5 minutes walk to the centre of traditional Kathikas village, famous for its wines and tavernas! All 4 bedrooms have their own bath/shower room in this beautiful villa with secluded private swimming pool equipped with Roman steps.

The pool terrace with its new pergola and table, is a lovely spot for al fresco meals, starting with breakfast, where you can enjoy the welcome morning sunshine. The Troodos Mountains views across open uninterrupted vineyards,  are absolutely mesmerising.  There is a side sea view from upstairs as well. 

Villa Vineyard View is the middle villa of 3, (no neighbours back or front) and the pool and poolside are not overlooked even though it is next to our Villa Vineyard Breeze. (The middle villa position and enclosed poolside gets extra protection from the elements, resulting in a slightly warmer pool.) We appreciate that our clients like to feel private around the swimming pool,  so the owner has fenced  and hedged the pool area at just the right height, allowing you to sunbathe and swim without anyone seeing you and also enjoy the beautiful vineyards and mountains. 

Air conditioning is available in all rooms including the lounge and diner. There is Wi-Fi and a choice of UK & world TV channels.  2 local Cafes (500m) also have Satellite TV including Sky Sports and Sky Nova. 

Villa Vineyard View is situated away from main and busy roads in a quiet lane which winds down to Coral Bay.

Accessibility: Level access, no steps to pool. Level access from villa to village along newly paved road. The downstairs shower WC has an extra wide door of 80cm and is suitable for a wheelchair, wheel in, reverse out. 3cm  shower tray lip. It only take 5 minutes to walk into the village, so you can visit the excellent taverns and bars without needing to drive. Coral Bay, Paphos and Polis are easily accessible by car.
